Stunning one of a kind genuine leather hat band cut, tooled, and painted blue tones leather flower with heat branded edging and details to give it a 3D effect and 2 painted leather feathers, with a colorful sari silk tassel and porcelain and stone beads. A teal colored real leather cord secures the hat band and wraps around most hats 2 times to tie. Measures 10" long from flower to tip of longest feather.
